Outstanding Regional Achievement Awards are given to those producers/developers participating in the 2010 contest whose product was evaluated by the Grand Jury to be amongst the best in a category where there is no winner from that global region.

After the elections, they received SMS messages as soon as the Electoral Commission certified the results, giving them accurate information instead of rumours.
